Taylor Swift is in her IRL Lover era after getting engaged to Travis Kelce. After they broke the news with a joint Instagram post on August 26, and Swifties were quick to identify every detail of the couple’s proposal. They sold out Taylor’s exact Ralph Lauren dress in minutes and even tracked down her engagement ring designer, Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry.

Now, Kindred has entered the chat to thank Taylor’s dedicated fans for their outpour of support for her business. In an Instagram video posted on August 29, Kindred introduced herself before encouraging fans to follow their dreams.

“My name is Kindred Lubeck. I’m 30 years old, I started making jewelry in the summer of 2019. I was 25,” she said in the clip.

The designer continued, “I believe that if someone says you can’t do something, you should prove them 110 percent wrong. I think when one door closes, you should kick the next one down. I think that if you have a dream, you should never, ever quit.”

She even closed out her message with a Speak Now reference, saying, “For those of you have been with me since day one, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.And to those of you who are new, I’m enchanted to meet you.”

While Taylor has previously mused she’d get married with a paper ring, her actual engagement ring is a massive Old Mine brilliant cut diamond. At the time of Taylor’s proposal news, Daniela Tarantino, VP of merchandising at James Allen and Blue Nile, told Cosmopolitan that her ring has an estimated cost of $750,000 to $1 million.

As for where, when, and how Travis popped the question, his dad, Ed Kelce, spilled all the details with local news affiliate News5Cleveland. The romantic milestone went down in a “secret garden” located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and Ed shared that Travis planted it as a lowkey date night.

“He got her out there, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said, ‘Let’s go out and have a glass of wine’ ... they got out there, and that’s when he asked her, and it was beautiful,” Ed revealed. “They started FaceTiming me and their mother and her folks to make sure everybody knew. So, to see them together is great.”

In true Taylor fashion, it seems like everything came straight out of a fairytale!
